Important reminders
Please read carefully to ensure a smooth visit:
Arrive early
Be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour starts. The visit will start at the scheduled time and late arrivals cannot join the group, with no right to refund or date change.
Bring the right ID
Entries are nominative. All attendees must bring the same ID used at booking (physical, copy, or photo). Monument security will request it before entry.
Dress appropriately
As you will enter a religious temple, security may refuse entry if you have:
- Bare shoulders or back
- Pronounced cleavage
- Excessively short shorts
- Flip-flops for the beach/swimming pool
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund if you cancel ≥ 7 days before the visit
- 70% refund if you cancel ≥ 24 hours before the visit
- No cancellations or refunds within 24h of the visit, as tickets are nominative and non-changeable.
You may request one free date change per booking, up to 8 hours before the start time of the tour.
