Questions about the monuments
Our 3-hour tour includes a guided tour of the interior of the Real Alcázar, the Cathedral, and free access to the Giralda, all of which have been declared World Heritage Sites by UNESCO.
We will also pass by the General Archive of the Indies, also declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, as well as other places in the historic center of the city, which our guide will also introduce.
During the tour of the Cathedral, you will see the Patio de los Naranjos, its different chapels, the High Altar, and the tomb of Christopher Columbus, among other things, and finally you will have the option of climbing the Giralda.
Afterwards, we will move on to the Real Alcázar of Seville, where we will visit the three buildings it houses: the Casa de Contratación, the Palace of Pedro I (Mudejar Palace), and the Gothic Palace, as well as the Baths of María de Padilla and the Mercury Pond.
At that point, the tour will end, and you will have all the time you want to explore its gardens.
With our guides, you will learn about the history of each monument and understand the historical context of the period in which they were built. You will also learn details and anecdotes that only a local would know, and you can ask them any questions you may have about the places you visit, as well as get recommendations and tips about our city.
With our tour, you will have priority access tickets and radio guide equipment so that all participants can hear the guide’s explanations perfectly.
No, the visit to the Cuarto Real Alto in the Alcázar requires a separate ticket. Guided tours are not allowed in this area, as it is managed by the monument itself, which offers tours in small groups with audio guides.
Yes, during the visit to the Cathedral, or at the end of it, all visitors are offered the chance to go up the Giralda, from where you can enjoy wonderful views of the city.
Yes. Without a doubt, it is the main activity you can do in Seville, as in a single tour you visit the three most important monuments in the city, with tickets included with preferential access and expert guides who will make the activity a memorable visit.
The Real Alcázar of Seville is one of the oldest palaces in use in Europe and is full of must-see spots. Among the things you should not miss are:
- The Palace of Pedro I (Mudejar Palace): with its courtyards decorated with unique plasterwork and tiles, it is the architectural jewel of the complex.
- The Hall of Ambassadors: a spectacular space with a gilded wooden dome, where royal receptions were held.
- The Baths of Doña María de Padilla: underground chambers with a magical atmosphere, used as a cistern and the setting for legends.
- The Mercury Pond: one of the most photogenic spots in the Alcázar, surrounded by gardens.
- The Royal Gardens: with fountains, hedges, and peacocks, it is ideal for a leisurely stroll after the guided tour.
Also, if you like the Game of Thrones series, you will recognize several courtyards and gardens that served as the setting for the Kingdom of Dorne.
👉 Local tip: at the end of the guided tour, you can stay as long as you like exploring the gardens on your own. There is no better way to end the experience.
Questions about tickets and reservations
Yes, admission to the monuments is included.
You don’t have to worry about purchasing tickets to the monuments; we will take care of that for you. As the tickets are nominative, we will need you to provide us with your full name and ID number when you make your reservation.
Both the Real Alcázar and the Cathedral have special access for groups with guides.
By booking with us, you will avoid the queues that usually form at the entrance to the monuments for individual visitors, making better use of your time in Seville.
When you make your reservation, you will receive a voucher by email with the reservation details and the meeting point. You do not need to print it out.
On the day of the tour, we will send you a reminder via WhatsApp with useful information prior to the activity. Simply present the voucher to our guides and support staff at the meeting point to identify yourself.
At the start of the tour, our guides will give each participant an individual ticket, which can then be used to access other monuments in the city.
Depending on the season, you will need to book more or less in advance. If you plan to visit us during spring or fall, we recommend booking at least one month in advance. In winter or summer, one week in advance is usually sufficient.
As tickets to monuments are nominative, once purchased for a specific day and time, it will not be possible to modify or cancel them with a refund.
If the tickets have not yet been purchased, the reservation can be modified. In this case, please contact us by email or WhatsApp with your request and, depending on the circumstances, we will be able to make the change, or there will be an additional cost (if the tickets have already been purchased).
In the case of cancellations, our cancellation policy allows for a 100% refund if you cancel up to 7 days before your reservation and 55% from that moment until 24 hours before the tour. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for any refund.
Tickets to monuments have specific access times, so if you arrive late, you may not be able to access the first of the monuments visited.
If you are only a few minutes late, please let us know and our support staff will wait for your arrival and accompany you to the group.
Yes, we need the full names and passport numbers of all members of the group. Tickets to monuments are nominative, and when purchasing them for you, we must enter your correct details, as on the day of the visit you will have to show your ticket and ID so that the monument’s security staff can check that the details are correct.
If the correct details are not provided when making the reservation, the monument’s security staff may not allow you to enter, and you will not be entitled to a refund. For this reason, it is important that you enter all the correct details when making the reservation, which must match the ID provided to the monument’s security staff.
You will need to bring the same document you provided when making the reservation, but it does not have to be the original. You can also show a photocopy or a photo on your mobile phone where the information is clearly visible.

We are a local company with local guides, but like hotels, we depend on these platforms (due to the volume of bookings). However, we appreciate customers booking with us and avoid large commissions, which we apply in the form of discounts for customers.
We specialize in tours of the Alcázar and the Cathedral of Seville, having worked at both monuments for over 10 years with several of the best official guides in Seville.

We are a local company with local guides, but like hotels, we depend on these platforms (due to the volume of bookings), although we appreciate customers booking with us and avoid large commissions, which we apply in the form of discounts for customers.
The monuments usually have a limited number of tickets per time slot and are often sold out, so any time of day may have the same number of visitors. However, our tours have tickets with preferential access for groups with a guide, so we avoid the queues of individual visitors that may exist at the entrance to the monuments.
The monuments are open every day of the week, although rather than a specific day of the week, Seville has a defined high season in the months of May-June, September-October, and Christmas, when the number of visitors increases. However, in the rest of the months, the volume of visitors may be lower. Although, as they are the main monuments in the city, they always have many visitors interested in visiting them.
The monuments do not offer discounts for buying tickets together, as each one manages its access separately and with official rates.
However, we do offer a reduced price when you book the joint guided tour, which includes skip-the-line entry to the Real Alcázar, the Cathedral, and the Giralda, as well as an official guide, radio guide system, and personalized attention.
In addition, on our website you can find promotional codes with discounts of up to 20%, which are not available if you buy tickets separately or book on platforms with high commissions.
👉 This way, you not only save money, but also time and hassle.

Practical and logistical questions
Our meeting point is next to the main entrance of the General Archive of the Indies. This building is located on Avenida de la Constitución, right next to the tram stop. https://maps.app.goo.gl/FjaXkoqv4mf3YF2A7
There you will find a small garden with a fountain in the center, where your guide will be waiting for you.
We will meet there 15 minutes before the start of the tour, as the tour will begin at the scheduled time and you will not be able to rejoin it once it has started, unless you have notified our support staff in advance.
