Cancellation & Modification Policy

This policy applies to all bookings made directly through the official website alcazarsevilletour.com.

Bookings made through third-party platforms are subject to the cancellation and modification policies of those platforms.


1. Date Changes

We understand that travel plans can change, and we aim to offer flexibility whenever possible.

You may request one free date change per booking, provided the request is received at least 8 hours before the start time of the tour.

All date change requests are subject to ticket availability at the monument. Availability cannot be guaranteed, especially during high season.

If tickets are not available for the new requested date, the booking may be cancelled and the applicable refund policy will apply.

Each booking includes a maximum of one date change.


2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

  • A 100% refund is available if the cancellation request is received at least 7 days before the scheduled start time of the tour.

  • A 70% refund is available if the cancellation request is received between 7 days and 24 hours before the start time of the tour.

  • No refund will be issued for cancellations requested within 24 hours before the start time of the tour.

Once the tour has started, or in case of a no-show, no refunds or changes are possible.


3. Availability & Practical Considerations

Monument tickets are nominative and subject to strict availability rules set by the managing authorities.

During high season, availability is extremely limited. Date change requests, even if submitted within the permitted time frame, cannot be guaranteed.

We recommend contacting us as soon as possible in case of any change to your travel plans.


4. Cancellations by the Organizer

If the tour is cancelled or significantly modified by the organizer due to exceptional circumstances (such as monument closure or force majeure), customers will be offered either:

  • a suitable alternative date or tour, or

  • a full refund.
